Upon arrival replaced clutch, suspension, and stator (motor) to resolve noise issues. Tested unit multiple times to verify it leaks and no noise present. No further issues at this point

Attempted to call customer multiple times but phone isnt on or working. Upon arrival knocked a few times and no answer. Customer had unit on porch so we can check it out. Got a low amp draw indicating a ss issue/leak. Contacted office due to way dispatch was wrote, was advised to close this work order out as a proper dispatch from assurant would be needed without charging customer. Unable to relay information to customer and would need them to contact office

Found no parts in van, parts are in another tech van, attempted to get parts runner but due to distance unable to to do so. Forgot to call customer back as schedule was busy. Spoke with office about it and rescheduled for Thursday. ; schdld next appmnt for 12/29 THU !
