The customer said the dryer would start by itself when she turns the timer selections without pushing the start button. The appliance didnt start by itself when I turned the timer to timed dry or any other selections but when I push the start button, the appliance is starting up normal but wont stay on it shuts off. The voltage is normal and not fluctuating when I start it up. Ordered the motor and timer, rescheduled the customer.; ordrng 1 279827 (Motor) and 1 WPW10185982 (Timer)

The customer said drains out from the bottom. F8E1 long fill/no fill error code, cleared error code and activated the valve to fill the tub, water started coming out the bottom. The water is coming from the drain pump, all the hoses and pressure tube are in good condition, drain pump needs to be replaced. Ordered part and rescheduled the customer ; ordrng 1 W11396717 (Pump)

Installed new control, plugged it in and it powered on. The water was off on arrival, turned the water on at the wall and water started shooting out from the hot side underneath the console. Turned the water off and found it was cracked underneath the valve, installed new valve W11210459, calibrated and performed a diagnostics test, completed with no issues or error codes, the appliance is working normal

Inspected unit, pulled one error code F8E1 long fill. Noticed display flashing irregular numbers and shapes, possible issue with display or control will need to replace both to resolve this. Hinge has issues, will need to be replaced and bellow has some points which are misshapen. These will need to be replaced as well. Ordering components to resolve issues on this unit.2nd MAN NEEDED AS UNITS ARE STACKED; ordrng 1 W11531670 (Console) and 1 W11583890 (Control) and 1 W11114011 (Hinge) and 1 W11036928 (valve) and 1 W11036930 (valve) and 1 W10897390 (bellow)

The wash cycle wont start, just hears a clicking noise. F5E2 lid lock fault, cleared error code and tested the lid lock, not engaging, needs to be replaced. Installed new lid lock from TS, W11307244, calibrated and performed a diagnostics test, completed with no issues, the lid lock and appliance are working normal

John arrived early in both instances. The first time, even though he didn’t have the needed part on hand, he was able to make my washing machine work. When he came back with the part, he was in and out in record time. John was very professional.
