Installed the capacitor and the control, everything powered on. As I put the console back in place it arched, the harness to the console got pinched by the back cover and broke the red wire, made the repair with a butt connector, it didnt solve the issue. The control is getting power but not powering on, ordered the control and the facia again, rescheduled the customer. The part I received for the facia was the wrong part in the box W11406491, should be W11406492; ordrng 1 W11406492 (Facia) and 1 W11519742 (Control)

Upon arrival switched out power supply and unit still persisted with blinking keypad. Contacted tech line and per tech line the key pad assembly needs to be replaced. Advised customer that the unit needed the key pad assembly replaced.

Tech Sean was knowledgeable and polite and made adjustments to correct the problem. No parts were replaced.He left before we made a complete test but hade to return to reset the machine.The reason for the low rating was the fact that after reporting to Matag for warranty service it took more than 8 weeks to finally receive service.
