Contact TechLine, speak to Andy (SR7730797837), advised me to calibrate temperature according to the service pointer. Average temperature is 350.2. Calibrate temperature, and preheat oven to 350 degrees in convection bake. Purchased can of store brand jumbo biscuits. Told by TechLine to cook biscuits precisely as ordered by directions. Waited 3-5minutes after preheat to put biscuits in. Checked through door at 5, 8, and 13 minutes. Biscuits almost ready, not quite brown enough. Give 4 more minutes. See photos for biscuits. Biscuits were slightly darker in the rear row and lighter in the front row, but the middle felt the same in either one. Explained that this was the limit of what I could do.
