Educated customer on how to reset filter with Max ice and max cool button for 3 seconds, also showed on the UI where it says how to reset filter life. No further issues at this point. Sb web shows actual goods issue date as 3/9/2020, based on actual goods issue date purchase dat 5/9/2020"

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF520PADM7 Builder asked me to rediagnose unit. Checked unit. Unit not starting. Checked for voltage at junction box. Fond hot leg wires not even connected. Connected wires to resolve the issue. Unit testing good now. No further issues at this point.
