Inspection of unit shows no error codes. Manually testing unit shows all functions work as designed. Calibrated unit and ran verification cycle still no issues found. Inspection of underside of unit results in a strong burning smell coming from the motor also motor is incredibly hot to the touch. Replace clutch motor belt capacitor and actuator to resolve issue.

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED4815EW1 "Inspection of unit shows good voltage and proper temperatures but drum will not rotate blower wheel is clean and clear belt intact with a little wear but otherwise no issue problem lies with motor not turning itself over. Replace motor belt blower wheel idler pulley to resolve issue; ordrng 1 691366 (idler pulley) and 1 694089 (sub 279711) and 1 W10131364 (belt,drive) and 1 W10396029 (asm mtr)"
