Fz temp at 20. Making some ice. Checked for leaks with nitrogen and bubbles. None found. Used round pliers to straighten suction line out. vacuum down and recharging. Chad did a great job coming in he checked it all out and found the problem then talked with me told me what was wrong and ordered the replacement parts. He came back the next week and had it fixed fast and it works great!
