A tech has come 4 times to try to fix my fridge and it’s still not fixed. Whirlpool will not replace it because the tech lied on his forms and said it was our fault the fridge is not working. We just bought a home and the fridge is brand new. It has never worked since the beginning. So now we have to wait yet again for more parts (which are always on backorder) to come in and they have to come back a 5th time. Hopefully we can get a different tech that is not going to lie.
