The worst customer service. Technician came for the 4th time and completely ignored the recordéd sound of the waher machine and the pictures of the wasted up clothes that comes of dryer. He continues to tell Maytag washer machine doesn’t shut off by itself when I had just told him it did. He’s laughing the whole time on the phone with Maytag .when I a told him you’re not listening, i just told you it shuts off on it’s own, he got mad and said forget took his backpack and headed towards the door. My husband did tell him you did do anything but come here to make this a joke. Brand new machines and he also said he came and wasn’t getting paid to come here!!!! So maybe that’s we got the crappy service because he came f
