Customer complaint of unit not powering on. Unit is out of warranty but components that were replaced are within the year time frame so control and interface will not be charged for the diagnostic and Labor charge will be applied. Inspection of unit shows control board is dead not receiving voltage. Replace board and interface calibrated unit ran verification cycle issue resolved.

According to customer lid and locking problem was never chief complaint with the unit. But during my first visit I was unable to properly test components because lid would not lock. Now that lid is functioning properly and closes and locks correctly customers chief complaint is that it makes a loud noise during an agitation cycle. Diagnostic shows error code for lid lock failure only. And manually testing all functions show good working order. No strange noises. Calibrated unit and running verification cycle Result in perfect functionality of the unit. Cannot duplicate noise customer is concerned about. Issue resolved

Customer complaint of unit not powering on. Inspection of unit shows good voltage but no response coming from interface. Service pointer for this unit suggest replacing both control board and interface to resolve issue.

Customer complaint again same as previous visit unit not seeming to wash. Inspection of unit shows no error codes. But further inspection shows agitator completely free spinning from gear case. Teeth on agitator have completely stripped out as well as teeth on gear case have worn away almost completely. Will need to replace Complete agitator as well as gear case to resolve issue.
