Customer stated noise still coming from behind unit. Upon arrival found unit functioning normally without any noise. I was un able to get noise to mimic on this visit. Called techline and techline had stated there was not much I could do if I could not get noise to mimic so I could pinpoint where noise is coming from. I had already done all the steps and checks that techline had instructed me to do. I had made sure no metal was rubbing anywhere and I made sure the condenser fan blades were not hitting anything. All in all I was at customers house for about 40-45 minutes and the noise never happened. Techline stated that if the noise occurs again for customer to call back in. Sr 7734937442 ; used 1 WP8567668 (Tie wire) from stock

Customer reported noise coming from behind unit. Upon arrival found vibration noise was starting when condenser fan turned on. Almost as if a light metal to metal vibration. Adjusted back metal cover multiple times. Also found that the ice container was vibrating as well due to not being pushed in all the way. Waited for a while after making adjustments and we could no longer hear the vibrating noise. Added tie wire to water valve in the back. Unit now functioning as designed without any excessive vibrating noise. ; used 1 WP8567668 (Tie wire) from stock

Customer reported ice maker not working. Upon arrival found ice maker only half way filled. Tested ice maker in harvest and noticed it only filled half way. Customer had stated he had installed a reverse osmosis system and 2 weeks later ice maker stopped working. Let customer know he would need a bypass installed instead of a filter since he has the reverse osmosis system and that the reverse osmosis system alone will lower water pressure. When trying to test unit again the ice maker would not power. Called techline and after multiple tests we found that the main control was faulty which would cause the ice maker to stop powering sporadically. Tech line also agreed on installing the bypass and stated that If customer has reverse osmosis then they should not have filter installed. Ordering bypass, control, and ice maker just in case. Will return with parts to complete repairs.Sr 7734364393; ordrng 3 W11395888 (Bypass)s and 1 W11548540 (Ice maker) and 1 W11556912 (Control)

Returned with part to repair. Installed new ice maker. Tested ice maker. Ice maker harvested and filled successfully. Unit functioning as designed.
