Customer reported ice maker worked for about 3 times after last visit and stopped working. Upon arrival found that fill tube was frozen. I had not defrosted the fill tube on last visit. Throughly defrosted fill tube. Added tie wire to loose wiring. Tested ice maker and ice maker now successfully harvested and filled. Made sure there were no gaps in gasket. Unit functioning as designed. Customer should no longer have issues with any ice maker components freezing. ; used 1 WP8567668 (Tie wire) from stock

Customer reported ice maker not producing ice. Upon arrival tested ice maker. Ice maker successfully harvested but did not fill as it should. I removed ice maker and found the fill chute on the ice maker and the fill tube was frozen. Throughly defrosted ice. Re assembled ice maker and tested once again. Ice maker successfully filled as needed. Added tie wire to water valve. Checked for gaps in gasket and found none. Customer should no longer have issues with ice maker not producing ice. ; used 1 WP8567668 (Tie wire) from stock
