Sr#7733091275. Customer complaint of freezer section losing all cooling. After calling tech line and troubleshooting issue it was determined that evaporator motor and harness will need to be replaced. Customer was not charged a diagnostic fee because it falls under the 90 days. Have not ordered component required for repair waiting on customer decision. If customer does decide to continue with repair part Number required is W11039078 evaporator motor and harness.

Inspection of unit shows evaporator fan not Blowing also large amount of frost on back of freezer wall after speaking with the customer and telling her what needs to be done she has declined any further service or repairs and will be returning product to retailer/Builder for refund or exchange.

Customer complaint of unit paddling water under deli drawers. Inspection of unit shows P-trap was clogged also evaporator assembly was frozen over which was also freezing over drain for P-trap. Spent quite a bit of time defrosting unit to find out if thermostat was in the proper position turns out it was not. Reposition the thermostat fully defrosted unit and cleared P-trap and it is free-flowing now. No parts at this time we needed customer was charged $182 Plus tax for diagnostic and $165 Plus tax for labor.
