Sr# 7735267440 Steve found fc froze up. Put in diagnostics #38 short defrost cycle. The took out of diagnostics. Should run 30 min defrost. Checked amps to heater none. Checked voltage to heater none. Tested at control for voltage to heater none. Tested thermister to defrost good. Ordering control board. Defrosted Evaporator ; ordrng 1 WPW10675033 (Main control board)

Found power cord with heat on L1 or L2. Black wire burnt off power block. Replaced power block advised customer needs electrician to check outlet due to power cord showing heat build up on cord. Can't verify unit completely fixed due to needing electrician first and new cord put on.; used 1 279320 (Power block) from stock

"Found hot and neutral reversed on outlet. Ran extention cord to outlet in kitchen. Unit came on filled with water and agitated, drained. Spins, I could not cancel cycle. Let cycle complete. After completing cycle unit will not reset. Stuck on same cycle. Ordering control. Advised customer not to use until outlet is fixed. He is running extension cord as I am typing. I advised customer we will not install control until outlet is fixed.; ordrng 1 W11611306 (Control)"
