"Called tech line spoke with Bruce (7734067824) Bruce had me test temps got 10-15 degrees, Bruce wanted me to check EVAP for frost pattern then hung up, checked frost pattern found bottom 2 coils not having a full frost pattern, called office said to get a data logger and out in the freezer reschedule for Monday to put a data logger in the freezer; schdld next appmnt for 7/11 MON !"
