Upon arrival called tech line as defrost issue was present, spoke with Travis and received same Sr 7735450198. Cleared out ice blockage, found heater not turning on still. Ordering ui, main control, and heater to resolve issues. Per tech line bring heater and check if getting voltage, if not then check ui and Main control to be sending power. Customer is gonna discuss with wife if they would like to proceed or get new unit ; ordrng 1 WPW10675033 (cntrl-elec) and 1 WP12729128 (heater) and 1 W11330971 (Ui)

Upon arrival customer stated they were having noise issues due to freezer freezing and fan hitting ice blockage. They had another arrive company out prior to figure out what the issues was, came to a conclusion reversing valve was the issue. Called tech line spoke with Travis had a Sr number but deleted as I was typing notes. Was told unit has air leak or issues with Dc/ac voltage due to deli ui. Explained didnt see any air leak. Advised to unplug deli ui harness and come back in a week since there no way to test if that was the issue. If no air leak present, ui isnt the issue, then come back and Test 4 with both evap covers open to see about a valve issue the other service company were talking about and to call back to tech line and run it through with them.
