Customer complaint of washer banging violently during cycle and clothing saturated upon conclusion of cycle. Found F0E5 (Off-Balance Load Detected) error code in diagnostics and tested machine to find significant malfunction of drivetrain. Gearcase shaft out-of-true, Basket warped, Tub Ring & Agitator damaged, Suspension beyond service life, and Latch malfunctioning during testing. Ordering Tub Ring (W10578859), Basket (W10586077), Agitator (W10882734), Hub (W10396887), Gearcase (W10870913), Splutch (W10721967), Belt (W10006384), Suspension (W11033491), and Latch (W10682535) to address issues. Requesting OTL Authorization for parts cost. Please schedule for soonest availability once parts arrive. ; ordrng 1 W10682535 (Latch), rqstng P&A on 1 W10586077 (Basket), ordrng 1 W10578859 (Tub Ring) and 1 W10882734 (Agitator) and 1 W10396887 (Basket Hub) and 1 W10870913 (Gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (Splutch) and 1 W10006384 (Drive Belt) and 1 W11033491 (Suspension)

Customer reported lid locking and not unlocking. Upon arrival found unit with lid locked. Un plugged the pressure hose but it made no change which tells me it probably is a control issue. I got the lid to finally unlock but unit would not start a diagnostic cycle and would always start a continuous drain without cease. Replaced the control. Re tested unit and unit successfully completed diagnostic cycle. Unit no longer gets stuck locked or in a continuous drain. Customer did not have unit connected to water. Customer had unit in living room. Let customer know to keep an eye on unit after installing to water. Unit functioning as designed as of now. If issue re occurs in the future pls return with lower harness.

Replaced controls. Thawed out ice in freezer drawer, door was broken during process. Unit needs new freezer door as well as ; rqstng P&A on 1 LW10547320 (Freezer door) and 1 W10625067 (Bracket Left) and 1 W10625068 (Bracket Right)

Very Sweet person. Very helpful. Unfortunately my dryer still did not work. Had to call same day to schedule service again. But was not able to come back. So I had to wait another week without a dryer. Shld be returning this week to repair.

Technician came out and fixed the problem within 5 min. The seal on door was not in place which kept the freezer from completely freezing and kept having condensation water freezer like icicles. Technician was very nice and freezer still under warranty.
