Upon arrival customers stated unit would not go down in time between 10-20 minutes. Contacted tech line and we checked resistance of the moisture sensor. Component in spec. Unit does work in timed dry as well. Per tech line we have an issue with the thermistor and control. Ordering 1 WP8577274 thermistor and control to resolve issue.
