Checked dryer, was not getting 240v at outlet. Adjusted plug and was receiving proper voltage. Installed tie-wire to secure properly. Tested and dryer is now working as designed. Checked refrigerator, issue is ice maker not working properly. Customer had Texas home appliance out and they did not fix their issue. Tested ice maker and completed proper harvest. Replaced ice maker since it could be an intermittent issue. Tested and working as designed. The technicians were professional, but it was disappointing how long it took to get an appointment after making the service call (10 days) and then we had to wait 3-4 weeks for a simple gasket to be delivered and installed. We were repeatedly told it was due to “supply chain issues” but on e would think a professional service would have a better source for routine items. Glad that the dishwasher is fina
