Attempted to call customer multiple times but phone isnt on or working. Upon arrival knocked a few times and no answer. Customer had unit on porch so we can check it out. Got a low amp draw indicating a ss issue/leak. Contacted office due to way dispatch was wrote, was advised to close this work order out as a proper dispatch from assurant would be needed without charging customer.
