Upon arrival customers stated unit sounded noisy while spinning. Tested unit and found no error codes. Once unit got into to spin mode noticed a banging coming from the rear of the unit. Customer stated thats the noise. Verified that the noise was the drain hose banging against rear of the unit. Advised customer to secure the drain hose with a support or clasp. Unit functions as designed.
