The customer said the appliance isnt filling with water. I looked under the cabinet and found the valve was off at the wall. The customer said a builder rep came out and checked it, said it was on, May have looked at the wrong valve, the appliance has its own valve, I turned the valve on and ran diagnostics, the appliance is filling with water and working normal.
